Heavy Rope Training is an intense cardio-strength training that works out whole body.  Even if you are a dedicated exerciser you are going to find the heavy rope workout is like no other.  Training with heavy ropes will give you the challenge that you have been looking.  STRIKE IT with this metabolic workout.

In combination we will be utilizing Hyperwear's sandbells.  With these you have to grip, lift, balance and slam. STRIKE IT with this unique tool.

One on one training


You need all my attention? Then this is the program for you. Initial Assessment is required prior training.  Training sessions are 60 minutes long. 

Group training

This is a type of training recommended for the people looking for that extra motivation and what better than your friends.  In a group up to 4 people (minimum 2 people) to train and support each other for 45 minutes of intense training.
